Job Purpose

The HR Marketing Specialist promotes SoftServe brand and positive internal/external image through cooperation with mass-media, social web communities, web-sites, forums in order to engage potential candidates and generate external pool. HR Marketing Specialist supports SoftServe internal/external communication through correct, timely and interesting written and graphic information.

Education:

• Master degree in Marketing, Journalism, PR or related field.

Specialized knowledge:

• English language level - fluent
• Ukrainian language level - proficiency
• Russian language level - proficiency
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
